Brittany Beers was born in Pottsville, PA; home of Yuengling Brewing!  Through a couple of moves, she is currently residing in Lancaster, PA.  Brittany is a graduate from Millersville University, and current works full time as a Mental Health Clinician.  Working with children, and helping people, is her passion; however, photographing her surroundings and capturing the joy and love of individuals provides her with a great way to balance the stress that can build up during a normal work week. 
 

The photography adventure started for Brittany in September of 2014.  Brittany and her husband, Justin, had purchased a DSLR camera as a wedding gift to themselves.  They enjoyed a relaxing and beautiful honeymoon in Ocracoke, NC; the southern most island of the Outer Banks.  During the honeymoon, Brittany found that she has a passion for photography and capturing the beauty of the world around her.  After the honeymoon, Brittany reached out to a co-worker, the photographer that captured her favorite wedding memories, Matthew Barrow, to learn more about the art of photography.  Through his mentoring, support, and collaboration, B. Beers Photography has been born.  Since then, Brittany has enjoyed capturing all moments, from scenery and beautiful surroundings to people.  Brittany has worked with individuals to take photos of children, engagement couples, maternity pictures, new born babies, parties, and family photos.  Brittany has also worked along side of mt barrow (Matthew Barrow) images to provide photography services for wedding festivities.
